1. Non-Transferable Memberships
Exclusio NFT memberships are issued to approved individuals following our curation and onboarding process. Membership is strictly non-transferable and cannot be sold, gifted, or assigned to any other party without prior written approval from Exclusio management.
In select cases—such as inheritance, business entity restructuring, or legal representation—transfers may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, subject to thorough identity and background verification.
2. Invitation-Only Events & Prohibition of Resale
All Exclusio events—whether physical or digital—are invitation-only and curated to preserve the luxury, safety, and privacy of our community.
Invitations are exclusive and may not be transferred, resold, auctioned, or bartered under any circumstance.
Any violation of this policy will result in immediate disqualification from the event and may lead to membership suspension or revocation.
3. Curated Brand & Venue Partnerships
To uphold the prestige of our platform, all partnerships with venues, brands, and service providers undergo a rigorous vetting process. We evaluate alignment with Exclusio’s values across:
Service excellence and consistency
Reputation within elite and HNW circles
Compliance with data security and guest treatment policies
Partnerships are non-solicitous — we only collaborate by invitation or strategic alignment, ensuring a curated experience for members.
4. Strict Privacy & Discretion Guidelines
Exclusio maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward breaches of member privacy, both online and offline. This includes but is not limited to:
Disclosure of member identities, locations, or event details
Photography or videography at private venues without consent
Sharing or discussing internal Exclusio communications publicly
All members, staff, partners, and vendors are bound by our Privacy and Discretion Agreement (PDA), violation of which may lead to legal consequences and permanent removal from the platform.
5. NFT Refund & Error Policy
Exclusio NFTs represent exclusive digital assets with intrinsic access rights and privileges. As such:
All NFT sales are final and non-refundable, in accordance with our smart contract and token issuance protocols.
Refunds will only be considered in cases of proven platform-side technical error (e.g., failure of NFT delivery, access not being granted due to a verified bug).
NFT holders are advised to securely store and manage their digital wallets. Loss of access due to user negligence will not qualify for remediation.
6. Compliance and Updates
These policies are reviewed periodically to adapt to regulatory changes, user feedback, and platform evolution. By becoming a member of Exclusio, you agree to abide by the latest version of our Membership Agreement and Community Code of Conduct.
